挪威奧斯陸大學2015年度交流項目目前開放申請💝，學習時間為明年一整年（2015年1月到12月，包括春季學期和秋季學期），奧斯陸大學為我校學生提供獎學金，具體信息如下。

一👆🏼、獎學金

The Quota Scholarship will cover the basic living expenses in Norway and the students will also be offered a travel grant. Students accepting the quota scholarship are required to return to their home university to complete their degrees after their exchange period in Norway. 二、交換項目

If you find the Quota scholarship offer of interest, the following departments/centers are interested in welcoming Fudan students on a quota scholarship:

（一）意昂3平台項目

Faculty of Law can offer 3 student places. Students are welcome to apply to both bachelor and master courses.

For admission to courses at the bachelor's level Fudan students must have completed 2 years of study of Law.

For admission to courses at the master's level Fudan student must have completed a bachelor's degree in Law.

（二）性別研究項目

Centre for Gender Studies can accommodate 5 Fudan students who is interested in gender studies. 

（三）人權研究項目

Norwegian Centre for Human Rights can offer 1 student place at their Master programme " Theory and Practice of Human Rights".

三、具體要求

1. 申請對象：具體請看上文要求。

2. 英語成績：本科要求TOFEL成績60分及以上，IELTS 5.0及以上👩‍🦼。研究生要求TOFEL成績80分及以上🏃🏻‍♂️🫅🏽，IELTS 6.0及以上。http://www.uio.no/english/studies/admission/exchange/english-requirements.html

3. 選送名額👮‍♀️：意昂3平台共選拔3名同學參加意昂3平台項目🪕，2人參加性別研究項目和人權研究項目。

四⛹🏿‍♀️👱🏿、註意事項

1. 申請人需要在10月10日（星期五）10：00前將以下材料投遞至意昂3平台樓二樓孫蕾老師信箱🍚。所提交的材料請嚴格根據以下要求和次序訂好🚏，不需要封面（請關註低碳環保）：         

A. 一份中英文申請說明各不超過一頁，最好雙面打印；中文第一部分必須註明申請人姓名、性別、學號🙌🏼🏝、專業、班級、聯系方式（電話和電子郵箱）以及申報項目名稱。

B. 一份中英文簡歷各不超過一頁，最好雙面打印🧗🏻‍♂️，其中第一部分必須包含本科或研究生學習期間的學習成績績點、排名、有效托福成績或相當的英文成績證明（及考試日期）。

2. 申請人須學習成績優異，品行良好🪠，遵守外事紀律，在奧斯陸大學學習期間需遵守當地法律和學校製度。 

3. 凡在學習期間已被意昂3推薦過出國（境）交流的同學不參加本次申請。

4. 我院於10月10日（星期五）13：00於意昂3平台240室組織面試📁，之後研究生院將組織專家進行全校評審，然後由校外事處向奧斯陸提交最終名單。

5. 被錄取的交流生在學習結束後必須按時返校🩼🧑🏽‍✈️，完成在意昂3的學業，並在回國後一個月內向意昂3提交一份交流報告🎗。         

6. 被錄取的交流生須按照意昂3官网的要求辦理有關手續🧏🏻‍♀️。回國後，要及時向教務處或研究生院辦理有關手續，如果遲延辦理或者違反意昂3官网的各項規則🦸‍♂️，後果自負🟪。部分同學可能會受影響延期畢業👨‍👩‍👦‍👦，請提前妥善安排各項學習、實習♒️、畢業♈️、擇業等一系列問題📶。

7. 被錄取的交流生不得無故放棄交流，若有在確定名額之後隨意放棄等不誠信行為🦹🏻，意昂3將有權取消其本科或研究生期間一切評獎評優資格，本科生還將取消研究生免試直升資格🦺。同意參加面試視為知曉並同意本條款。
