HU HONGGAO is a professor and doctoral tutor of t Fudan Law School, director of the Civil and Commercial Law Research Center of Fudan University, an executive director of the Law Society of China Law Society, a member of the Legislative Experts Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, a member of the Shanghai Law Society, and the Shanghai Economic Law. Vice President of the Research Institute, Arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and Independent Director of China Eastern Airlines.

He is mainly engaged in civil and commercial law, economic law and labor law teaching and research work.
